Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans based on clients’ needs and objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
As a licensed mental health counselor at Empathy Edge, you will serve a diverse client population, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

- A master’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field.
- Active license (e.g., LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD) to practice mental health therapy independently in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of two years of relevant direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy services to adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n
We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000–100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
