Key Responsibilities\n

  • Establish and cultivate rapport with clients to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.

  • Develop and lead group therapy sessions if applicable, focusing on topics relevant to the clients' needs.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for all client interactions, treatments, and assessments in accordance with organizational policies.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in guiding clients towards healthier lifestyles through therapeutic techniques that address both individual and systemic factors impacting their mental health.

Qualifications\n

  • A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
