Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) | Woburn, MA
Full-Time | $55,000–$62,000 Annually | Full Benefits | On-Site
Applied ABC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) ready to grow into a leadership-focused role at our Woburn, MA center.
As a Lead RBT, you will provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy while mentoring fellow RBTs, supporting BCBAs, and helping maintain strong clinical and team standards.
Position Details

Salary: $55,000–$62,000 annually, based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with flexibility for evenings and occasional weekends

Active RBT certification required
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy and implement BCBA-designed treatment plans.

Mentor and support RBTs through coaching, modeling, and feedback.

Assist with onboarding and training new RBTs.

Support treatment integrity, documentation, and accurate data collection.

Communicate client progress and concerns to supervising BCBAs.

Assist with coverage and daily center needs when required.

Promote a positive, professional, and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications

Active RBT certification in good standing.

2+ years of ABA/RBT experience preferred.

Leadership, mentoring, or training experience strongly preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Solid understanding of ABA principles and data collection.

Flexibility to support evening and weekend coverage when needed.
