Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A K-12 school in Boston, MA is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide contract services throughout the current school year. This role offers the opportunity to support student health and functional development within an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct prehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional skills.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to create supportive strategies that enhance student participation in school activities.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in pliance with educational and medical guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education program (IEP) planning and reviews.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
- Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) preferred.
- Strong understanding of developmental physical therapy principles in an educational setting.
- Excellent munication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage caseload effectively while maintaining high-quality care.

Duration: Contract through the current school year (CSY)
