LPN NEEDED FOR OUR BUSY PEDIATRIC PRIMARY CARE OFFICE

We are looking for an organized team member, who can multitask, and looking to work 40hrs a week in an NCQA Certified Medical Home.

FULL JOB DESCPTION

Job description (under the direct supervision of our medical providers) includes rooming pediatric patients (infants though college), administration of immunizations and medications, basic lab procedures, assisting providers with procedures, patient/care giver teaching, triage, and working directly with school nurses and VT Department of Health.

STARTING PAY RANGE, DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE (50,000 – 57,000 Annually)

Full Time: 40hrs

Monday – Friday

Saturday mornings (approximately 1 Saturday morning per month)
