Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Corporate Transactions Attorneys with strong M&A expertise to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining and negotiation exercises, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and simulated negotiations.
- Evaluate AI responses to M&A and contract-related scenarios.
- Develop objective evaluation criteria for AI performance.
- Provide expert feedback to improve AI outputs.
- Collaborate with product and research teams on legal AI workflows.

Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 2+ years of experience in the M&A department of a corporate law firm.
- Familiarity with standard M&A agreements, including SPAs and APAs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
