Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
\n ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
\n Minimum 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required
\n Long-Term Care (LTC) or rehabilitation experience required
\n New graduates may be considered with qualifying Level II clinical experience; Level I observation experience alone is not sufficient
\n Experience evaluating and treating communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
\n Knowledge of standardized assessments, evidence-based interventions, dysphagia management, and individualized treatment planning
\n Strong electronic documentation, treatment-minute tracking, and discharge planning skills
\n Ability to educate patients, families, and caregivers and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
\n Ability to supervise and support CFY or student Speech-Language Pathologists as needed
\n One professional reference accepted at the time of submission
\n Ability to work 8-hour day shifts
