Stern Therapy is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation department. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a clinician interested in helping residents restore mobility, strength, and functional independence.
What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans</li>
<li>Provide skilled interventions for mobility, balance, strength, gait, and functional performance</li>
<li>Monitor resident outcomes and modify treatment plans when appropriate</li>
<li>Collaborate with PTAs, nursing, and other rehabilitation professionals</li>
<li>Complete accurate clinical documentation</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license required</li>
<li>Strong clinical assessment and communication skills</li>
<li>Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred</li>
</ul>
