Key Qualifications:
- Active Vermont Occupational Therapist certification (VT OT Certificate required)
- School-based OT experience preferred
- Passion for K-12 student support and collaborative teamwork
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt service approaches across multiple school sites and grade levels
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide OT services and assessments district-wide (K-12, four buildings)
- Develop and implement individualized and group therapy plans according to student IEPs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain organized records and document student progress
- Assist in district-wide professional development regarding sensory and motor needs
- Contribute to school-based problem-solving teams as needed
