Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care, located in Saint Albans, Vermont, United States. This travel temporary assignment begins on 11/02/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. The role offers a weekly pay range of $1,227 to $1,310 per week with guaranteed hours of 32 per week. Shift is a 5x8 night schedule (11:00 PM–7:30 AM). The assignment setting is LTC with an Acute Rehab Facility environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide bedside nursing care to residents during the night shift, including monitoring vital signs, documenting changes, and reporting concerns to the on-duty nurse.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to care plans.
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, comfort measures, and safety during nighttime hours.
- Collaborate with the RN, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to update and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the resident’s chart and uphold infection control and safety standards.
- Respond to calls and emergent situations, reassess patients, and escalate concerns promptly to the charge nurse as needed.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Ability to work the listed night shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) and perform essential nursing duties
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to document clearly, follow care plans, and maintain accurate records
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed hours
- Eligibility to work in the United States
