- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts\n
- Minimum 1 year of recent Medical/Surgical RN experience\n
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)\n
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification\n
- Current American Heart Association ACLS certification\n
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills\n
\n\nMedical/Surgical RN Responsibilities\n

- Provide direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation\n
- Coordinate and deliver nursing care based on clinical standards and best practices\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes\n
- Float as "Helping Hands" to ED, psych, CCU, or Childbirth Center as needed (no direct assignments in these areas)\n
- Ensure compliance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures\n
