Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health issues, utilizing standardized assessment tools where appropriate.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique needs, utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant psychological frameworks.

- Offer telehealth therapy options to accommodate clients who prefer virtual engagement or face barriers accessing in-person services, ensuring they receive crucial support.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions and treatment updates in compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards, thus demonstrating our commitment to professional excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Soulful Solutions, you'll work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is to create a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and behaviors, facilitating effective coping strategies that lead to improved mental health outcomes.
Qualifications\n

- Active and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD), as recognized in Massachusetts.
- A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is a prerequisite for this role.
