Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Active (or eligible) Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education license in Speech and Hearing Disabilities (all levels)
Licensed (or license-eligible) through the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health
Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply)
Experience providing speech and language services in a school or pediatric setting preferred
Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to an elementary caseload
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, families, and administrators
Maintain documentation in compliance with state and district standards
Monitor and report student progress; adjust interventions as necessary
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive school community
