What You’ll Do:
\n
As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will:
\n
- \n
- Serve as a lead resource for machine, equipment, and tool maintenance and repair.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Work independently with limited supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline production and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with teams across the facility to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Perform in-process inspections and visually verify the quality of completed work.
- Complete inspection and maintenance records accurately.
- Escalate equipment issues, barriers, and critical problems promptly to supervisors and appropriate support teams.
- Provide support for critical maintenance needs and occasional overtime when required.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures while performing maintenance activities.

What We’re Looking For:
\n
The ideal candidate is a hands-on maintenance professional with strong troubleshooting skills, good judgment, and the ability to work independently in a production environment.

Required / Preferred Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- 5+ years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to identify problems, prioritize issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to occasionally work overtime or respond to critical maintenance needs.
- Two-year technical degree preferred.
