Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive client assessments through virtual consultations, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.
- Assist clients in establishing achievable mental health goals, tracking their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
- Maintain confidential and accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policy, ensuring ethical standards are met.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops, trainings, and supervision sessions to stay knowledgeable about emerging trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

- A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.
- An active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in Vermont is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
