Skills:

The required skills for this position include strong analytical abilities to assess behaviors and develop effective treatment plans. Communication skills are essential for collaborating with clients, families, and team members, ensuring that everyone is aligned on goals and strategies. Leadership skills will be utilized when supervising RBTs, providing them with guidance and support in their daily tasks.
