RESPONSIBLE\nFOR CARDIAC MONITORING, CARDIAC DRIPS \n& READING TELE STRIPS 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED ****

1. Unit\nName: Float Pool RN (must be willing to Float between 8 different\nunits). 2. Brief Unit\nDescription: Float throughout the hospital to all Med/Surg Tele areas (Davenport\n5, Davenport 7, Davenport 8, Davenport 9, ED, PH6/7, Pingree 4, &\nOverflow). 3. Experience\nRequired: Two years of acute care hospital experience. 4. Skill\nSets Required: Telemetry monitoring including measuring intervals and\ninterpreting strips every 4 hours. TR Band experience. Must be able to perform\nCardiac Drips and Reading Tele Strips. 5.\nClinician to Patient Ratio: Days & Eves up to 5:1. Nights up to 6:1. 6. Patient\nPopulation: Care for ED border patients; medication nurse in the acute mental\nhealth unit, and care for non-vented patients who are transfer ready in the\nICU. 7. Bed\nCount: 371. 8. Census:\nUnits\nrange from 8 to 41 beds. 9. EMR\n(Charting System): EPIC. 10.\nCertifications Required: Current Massachusetts RN License. AHA BLS.
