Maple Leaf HealthCare Center Manchester, NH $39–$40/hour
We're seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Maple Leaf HealthCare Center. Work alongside a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility and overall function.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Carry out physical therapy treatment plans under PT supervision</li>
<li>Assist with strength, balance, gait, transfers, and mobility training</li>
<li>Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Active New Hampshire PTA license required</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills</li>
<li>Skilled nursing experience is a plus</li>
</ul>
