Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN
Sharon, MA
$55–$60/hour | PRN
We are looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a rehabilitation team on a PRN basis in Sharon, MA. Provide individualized therapy focused on helping residents improve movement, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.
What You'll Do
- Complete physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care
- Provide skilled treatment addressing gait, strength, balance, transfers, endurance, and mobility
- Develop measurable rehabilitation goals and monitor progress
- Adjust interventions based on clinical findings and resident response
- Educate residents and caregivers on safe mobility and therapeutic exercises
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with PTAs and other members of the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
- New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome to apply
