VNA of Boston is hiring a Community Health Nurse for a 24 hour schedule- Monday- Friday
Pay Range: $54,674.88 - $80,932.80 per year, based on a 24 hour weekly schedule.
Sign on Bonus for 24 hours- $12K!
Territory: South Boston, Dorchester and surrounding areas.
Position Summary: Provides home health care to patients and families that focuses on preventing disease, promoting, maintaining or restoring health and minimizing the effects of illness or disability. Supervises LPN’s and HHA’s.
- Current MA RN license required.
- Minimum 1 year in acute care setting or comparable work experience.
- Home Health experience preferred, not required.
