Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to support K-12 students in a dynamic public school setting in Florence, MA. This contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by addressing the diverse needs of students through evaluation, counseling, and collaborative intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students across K-12 grade levels.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide counseling and support services to students, addressing academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills.
- Ability to manage multiple caseloads and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to onsite work to foster close collaboration with school staff.

Position Type: Full-time, Contract for the current school year (CSY), onsite only.
