Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, enabling the formulation of tailored treatment plans.
- Deliver individual therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), focused on client needs to promote well-being and growth.
- Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and consistently monitor their progress throughout treatment, adjusting plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.
- Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients who may face barriers to in-person visits, thereby broadening service reach.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

- Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field of mental health is required.
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.
- A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical environment is required.
- Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice is essential.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team, contributing to multidisciplinary care.
