Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Massachusetts (submission of a license screenshot required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Bilingual proficiency required, with experience in a school-based setting
- Must successfully complete a drug screening, fingerprinting, and CORI/background check
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans, and deliver targeted speech and language therapy
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and document interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address student needs
- Support English language learners and culturally diverse populations in the classroom setting
- Notify stakeholders promptly in the event of absence or emergencies
