Qualifications:

  • Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Massachusetts (submission of a license screenshot required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency required, with experience in a school-based setting
  • Must successfully complete a drug screening, fingerprinting, and CORI/background check
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans, and deliver targeted speech and language therapy
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and document interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address student needs
  • Support English language learners and culturally diverse populations in the classroom setting
  • Notify stakeholders promptly in the event of absence or emergencies
