Juice Evaporator Operator
Location: Massachusetts
Pay: $22.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Overtime may be available
Shift: 1st Shift 6am
Morgan Staffing Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Juice Evaporator Operator to join a growing food manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing or food processing experience and be committed to producing high-quality products while following all safety and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor juice evaporator equipment to produce juice concentrate according to production specifications.
- Monitor temperatures, pressure, flow rates, and concentration levels throughout the production process.
- Perform quality checks, including Brix and other required product measurements.
- Maintain accurate production and quality control records.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance concerns promptly.
- Follow all GMP, HACCP, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Clean and sanitize production equipment as required.
- Work closely with production and quality assurance teams to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or food processing experience preferred.
- Experience operating evaporators or similar processing equipment is a plus.
- Ability to read gauges, meters, and production documents.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and good attendance.
