Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care (SNF)

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support nursing staff including CNAs

Assist in overseeing LPN and CNA team performance during shift

Respond to clinical changes and emergency situations

Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers as assigned

Administer medications and follow physician orders

Act as a key point of contact during overnight hours
