Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Serve Pre-K through Grade 2 students (caseload of 41), where your expertise and compassion will support their growth and success during this school-based contract role.
Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid MA Speech Language Pathologist License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong grasp of therapeutic strategies for early childhood to early elementary populations
- Excellent interpersonal communication with students, families, and staff
- Collaborative, adaptable, and professional approach in multidisciplinary teams
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within a Pre-K – Grade 2 caseload
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to facilitate integrated service delivery
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, provide progress updates, and actively contribute to student support plans
- Offer speech and language resources, support, and strategies to classroom educators and families
