- Unit: Float Pool – Medical-Surgical & Telemetry\n
- Start Date: February 2, 2026\n
- End Date: February 28, 2026\n
- Duration: 4-week RN travel assignment\n
- Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a), every other weekend & holiday\n
- Hours per Week: 36 (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)\n
- Self-Scheduling: Yes (with management schedule balancing)\n
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2150-$2300\n
\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
- \n
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Massachusetts RN license preferred)\n
- BLS certification required\n
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience\n
- Experience floating between Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units preferred\n
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills\n
\n\nMed/Surg RN Responsibilities\n

- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units\n
- Float between Med/Surg and Telemetry units as needed for clinical support\n
- Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and accurately document care\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes\n
- Maintain safe nurse-to-patient ratios (5:1 days/evenings, 6:1 nights; Telemetry 4:1 days/evenings, 5:1 nights)\n
- Participate in self-scheduling and communicate special requests to management\n
