Bilingual Therapies is seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher to support three middle school students in a Life Skills program. This full-time school-based opportunity is available immediately through June 18, 2027 and is ideal for an experienced Special Education educator who is comfortable supporting students with academic needs and developing independence in a structured learning environment.

Position Details

• Full-time Special Education Teacher

• ASAP start date

• Contract through June 18, 2027

• Middle school setting

• 3 students in a Life Skills program

• Students are high functioning and follow academic schedules

• No significant medical needs

• Interviews beginning ASAP

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction and support based on individual student needs.

• Implement academic and functional learning strategies within the Life Skills program.

• Support students in following academic schedules and developing independence.

• Monitor student progress and contribute to IEP implementation.

• Collaborate with school staff and related service providers.

• Maintain accurate student documentation and progress data.

Qualifications & Experience

• Active New Hampshire Special Education certification required.

• Middle school Special Education experience required.

• Experience supporting students in Life Skills or similar programs preferred.

• Experience with MTSS preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
