Provide compassionate care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) supporting an elementary student with specialized medical needs in Rochester, NH. This contract position offers the opportunity to work full-time Monday through Friday, assisting a 4th-grade student who requires attentive and skilled care throughout the school day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist a medically fragile student who uses a wheelchair and is non-verbal
- Manage care for a student with a seizure disorder, including monitoring and response
- Provide diapering and feeding tube support with strict adherence to care protocols
- Collaborate with educational and medical staff to ensure the student's safety and comfort
- Maintain clear communication regarding the student's needs and progress
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Previous experience working with children with complex medical needs preferred
- Ability to perform feeding tube care and seizure management confidently
