Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and document findings accurately from the initial consultation through to the end of treatment.
- Design and implement individualized treatment and recovery plans that address the unique needs of clients, families, and groups.
- Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities that resonate with clients.
- Monitor client progress by regularly reviewing treatment plans, making necessary adjustments, and documenting outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including fellow mental health specialists, physicians, nurses, and social workers, to develop and execute effective intervention strategies.
- Act as a liaison for clients requiring additional support, including follow-up consultations with psychiatrists and attending physicians.
- Identify potential barriers to recovery and implement preventative strategies to ensure clients remain on track towards their mental health goals.
- Assist family members and primary caregivers in understanding and managing mental health challenges faced by their loved ones.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
This role focuses on a broad range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and addiction. Qualifications\n

- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.
- Successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counselor Examination (NCMHCE).
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems, preferably AVATAR, to maintain accurate and timely client documentation.
- Strong understanding of various mental health conditions and their treatment, including co-occurring physical and emotional health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
