Location: Framingham, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $22/hr
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire
BGSF is a staffing firm that partners with top property management companies to connect talented individuals with great opportunities. We are seeking a Porter to maintain the property’s curb appeal and assist with light maintenance tasks. This is a great opportunity to join a team that values quality and safety.
Job Responsibilities
- Plant and prune shrubs, bushes, trees, and flowers
- Maintain lawns and apply fertilizer as needed
- Provide irrigation for all landscaping
- Perform daily trash pickup, including pet waste
- Assist with snow removal and ice melt application
- Repair fences and paint signposts, fences, and speed bumps
- Perform light maintenance and cleaning of interior buildings
- Report hazardous conditions promptly and follow safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous porter or groundskeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of landscaping and basic maintenance tasks
- Reliable and able to follow company policies and safety procedures
- Steel-toe shoes required
