SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for compassionate and reliable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to support clients in Bellingham, MA. We have an urgent need for caregivers who are ready to provide quality in-home care and help clients feel safe, comfortable, and supported in their daily lives.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Communicate changes in clients’ conditions or needs to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Patient, compassionate, and dependable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes

• Reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts

• Complete vaccination records preferred
