Work Environment\n
This position allows for remote work while maintaining an outpatient office structure, which promotes a strong balance between professional guidance and personal convenience. The regular work schedule ranges from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's unique circumstances and needs, allowing for personalized treatment planning.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, customizing approaches to each patient, taking into account their cultural backgrounds and personal experiences.
- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on addressing various mental health concerns while promoting resilience, coping strategies, and overall well-being.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure clients receive well-coordinated and comprehensive care tailored to their specific situations.
- Provide crisis intervention and support, demonstrating proficiency in calm decision-making during mental health emergencies.
- Deliver educational resources to patients and families regarding mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources, equipping them with helpful information.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for proper record-keeping.
- Participate actively in case conferences and team meetings, sharing insights and gaining knowledge to enhance cultural competency in therapy practices.
- Stay updated on current mental health research, best practices, and cultural considerations to continually enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.
- Possession of a current and valid license as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts is mandatory.
- Demonstrable expertise in understanding mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods, coupled with cultural competence.
- Experience in individual and group therapy, utilizing culturally responsive frameworks to facilitate therapy sessions effectively.
- Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism and composure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
