🚨 Trusts & Estates Associate | Fully Remote – Up to $225k
Location/Schedule: Boston, MA (Fully Remote
Base Salary: Up to $225k (plus performance incentives)
Practice: Trusts & Estates – Estate planning, trust administration, probate, fiduciary litigation, and sophisticated wealth transfer strategies for individuals and families.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft complex wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and advanced estate planning documents.
- Manage probate proceedings, trust administration, and fiduciary accountings.
- Handle contested trusts and estates matters and fiduciary litigation.
- Advise high-net-worth clients on wealth transfer, tax planning, and succession strategies.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active MA bar (multi-state a plus).
- 3–7+ years of trusts & estates experience with strong drafting and client counseling skills.
- Experience with estate administration and planning for high-net-worth clients is preferred.
