Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for an Interim Pharmacy Manager/Director to support a hospital setting. This role requires immediate availability and offers a contract duration of 3+ months.

Responsibilities:
- Manage inpatient pharmacy operations effectively
- Provide leadership and oversight for pharmacy staff
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels; assist with staffing as needed
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication management
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Massachusetts pharmacy license required
- Proven hospital pharmacy management experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Preferably prior work history with the staffing agency; however, candidates with exceptionally strong references will be considered
