Seeking a dedicated professional passionate about supporting students with behavioral needs, particularly those experiencing selective mutism. This contract role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact by providing essential BCBA services to a small student caseload in the school setting. You’ll collaborate closely with educational staff and families to develop tailored behavior intervention plans and contribute directly to student growth.
Key Qualifications:
- Current, active New Hampshire BCBA licensure
- Proven experience supporting students with selective mutism in a school setting
- Ability to manage a caseload of three students with varying needs
- Strong documentation and organizational skills for administrative duties
- Collaborative approach and effective communication with staff and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and design individual behavior intervention plans for students with selective mutism or other behavioral challenges
- Deliver approximately 6 hours of direct student services each week, with additional time allotted for meetings and documentation
- Spend one full 8-hour day per week onsite to address all caseload needs efficiently
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to implement and monitor intervention strategies
- Provide staff training as needed on intervention procedures and recommendations
- Maintain up-to-date and compliant records of services provided and student progress
