Cashier / Service BDC Representative – $16–$18/hr + Weekly Commission (Based on Experience)
Location: 1025 Main St, Holyoke, MA 01040
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No weekends or nights
Marcotte Ford, a proud family-owned dealership in Holyoke, is seeking a motivated Cashier / Service BDC Representative to join our customer-focused service team. This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and enjoys helping customers in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
• Greet customers and provide excellent in-person and phone support
• Process customer payments accurately (cash, credit, warranty, etc.)
• Schedule service appointments and complete follow-up calls
• Make outgoing calls regarding appointments, service reminders, and updates
• Assist with closing repair orders and maintaining accurate documentation
• Keep the cashier and reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Support service advisors and management with administrative tasks
• Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
• Customer service experience required (automotive is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• High accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling money
• Comfortable with computers and dealership software (training provided)
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license required
