OVERVIEW

Performs a wide variety of administrative, research and other support and clerical duties in support of security, facilities and purchasing, in conformance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review the fraudulent debit and ATM card chargeback transactions. Assist in logging all fraud disputes, review reports. Monitor Identifi for in-house debit card disputes, review and process.
  • Manage the debit card compromised card notifications in conformance with the bank's procedures. Log compromised card notifications, send letters, reissue cards, hot cards as needed, and notify bank personnel of compromised card lists. Review compromised card logs against fraud logs for patterns.
  • Act as liaison with FISERV pertaining to debit card transactions and fraudulent activity.
  • Review video footage at the request of branches or law enforcement.
  • Assist employees with supply requisitions. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment. Order bank supplies. Maintain supply inventory in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate courier services for entire bank in coordination with AVP-Security & Facilities Administrator.
  • In conjunction with the manager, assist in oversight and administration of all Bank properties, supplies and promotional items. Works closely with vendors, contractors and government agencies.
  • Work with vendors including but not limited to general cleaning and maintenance, HVAC, security systems, materials, equipment, landscaping, etc. Coordinate all vendors for necessary repairs and or new installations.
  • Implement ongoing maintenance plans to keep facilities in good shape.
  • Perform related and unrelated duties as may be required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good interpersonal and organizational skills. Attention to detail. Must be able to use various office equipment including PCs with Microsoft Office programs. Travel to various bank locations required.
