Our remote work setting offers flexibility while encouraging a team-oriented atmosphere. Although the majority of patient interactions will be conducted via telehealth modalities, our therapists regularly participate in team meetings and case consultations to ensure comprehensive patient care. Our office supports a healthy work-life balance, and our weekly schedule spans Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans that align with the latest best practices.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to deliver impactful individual, couple, and family therapy.
- Facilitate psychoeducational groups to empower patients and provide vital support, fostering a sense of community and shared experience.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure a consistent and holistic approach to patient care. This may involve regular case reviews to discuss treatment progress.
- Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring patients have immediate support during critical mental health emergencies.
- Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, allowing for informed decision-making.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential patient documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards to protect patient information.
- Participate actively in team-building activities and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.
- Stay informed about advancements in mental health therapy to incorporate new methodologies into practice.

Qualifications\n

- Proven experience in delivering compassionate care, capable of conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with patients and their families.
- Commitment to professional ethics, sound judgment, and maintaining appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications to streamline documentation and enhance patient interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
Our competitively structured salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
