Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control and ordering.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal teams and customers.
- Train, supervise, and support parts department staff.
- Work closely with service and sales departments to meet dealership goals.
- Monitor parts department financials, including budgeting and profit margins.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a parts department, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
