Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to understand their mental health needs and background.
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans that encompass the therapeutic goals for individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.
- Facilitate weekly therapy sessions, using established evidence-based techniques to guide clients on their path to wellness.
- Utilize advanced digital note-taking and client management systems to maintain accurate and confidential records, adhering strictly to legal and ethical guidelines.
- Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops, webinars, and training sessions to remain updated on the latest therapeutic practices and industry trends.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring clients receive timely support during critical moments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

- A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a cohesive team.
