Seeking a Sales Representative to be on the front lines of the sales process, responsible for generating and qualifying leads that drive revenue growth. This role is perfect for individuals looking to start a career in tech sales and learn the fundamentals of SaaS business development.


Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Outreach: Identify and engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess prospects’ needs and determine if they are a good fit for solution.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and target market challenges.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for calls, emails, and meetings booked.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections.
  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and SaaS products is advantageous.
