Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Zenea Care, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, utilizing advanced clinical skills to understand their needs and outline effective treatment plans.

  • Provide graduate-level clinical social work/counseling interventions that are tailored to each client’s unique situation, ensuring personalized and effective care.
  • \n

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through regular documentation and participation in meetings, including patient rounds, to discuss assessment findings and treatment plans.

  • Manage cases for assigned patients by consulting with hospital and community professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to care and promoting continuity of services.
  • \n

  • Adhere to ethical guidelines by completing all documentation accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining the integrity of patient care.
  • \n

  • Implement evidence-based treatment methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supplemented by other interventions to support clients in achieving their individualized service goals.

Your work will encompass a diverse clientele, including individuals with varying backgrounds and mental health needs. You will provide therapeutic support to adolescents, adults, and families, ensuring that all clients receive compassionate care tailored to their specific circumstances. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, you must hold valid licensure in mental health counseling as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts. Additionally, candidates should possess:

  • A willingness to work 10 to 40 hours (sessions) per week, guided by your availability and patient needs.
