\n Inpatient Pharmacist jobs in Berlin, NH let you provide comprehensive medication management and clinical support across ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Department units. INPATIENT PHARMACIST. Monday - Friday, 40hrs/week (7/730a - 430/5p) with rotating weekends (every 3rd weekend) Saturday/Sunday 8a-1p. ASAP start preferred. You will verify orders, ensure safe dispensing, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care. Required qualifications include 2–5 years of pharmacy experience, prior hospital experience (critical access preferred), and the ability to work independently, including weekends. \n Pharmacist, Acute Experience: 2 years PHARM-NH Certifications: BLS SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months Certification Requirements: BLS (AHA)
\n State License Requirements: New Hampshire (Compact Allowed) (New Hampshire Pharmacist license can be applied for at time of offer)
\n Minimum 2 years current hospital experience [REQUIRED]
\n 2-5 years total experience preferred. Would consider 1 year experience if all hospital based with Meditech experience.
\n Critical access hospital experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
\n Previous travel experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
\n Meditech experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
\n Omnicell experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
