Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to thoroughly understand client needs and to formulate individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.

  • Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

  • Proven experience providing therapy to diverse populations, including both individual and group settings.

  • Solid ethical judgment and adherence to professional standards in various situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
