Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to thoroughly understand client needs and to formulate individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a wide variety of clients, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to address their unique concerns.
- Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at common mental health issues, fostering a sense of belonging and community among participants.
- Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to provide holistic and coordinated care to clients.
- Provide immediate crisis intervention in mental health emergencies, ensuring that clients receive the timely support they require.
- Educate clients on their mental health conditions, available therapeutic options, and community resources that can aid in their recovery journey.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Actively engage in team meetings, contribute to case consultations, and pursue ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.
- Demonstrated proficiency in conducting assessments and creating effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Proven experience providing therapy to diverse populations, including both individual and group settings.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Solid ethical judgment and adherence to professional standards in various situations.
- Competency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
