We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on various facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. The role involves conducting inspections, handling general interior maintenance, and assisting the operations team in maintaining and repairing building equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct inspections to ensure facility systems are functioning efficiently.
- Assist the operations team in maintaining and repairing building equipment.
- Replace lighting and ballasts as needed.
- Clean HVAC coils and change filters and belts.
- Carry out general interior maintenance tasks such as hanging pictures, repairing office furniture, and patching drywall.
Essential Skills
- Experience in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- 1-3 years of experience in general building repair and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to work with CMMS systems.
- Comfortable performing light mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks.
- Troubleshooting and carpentry skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Strong focus on safety and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
