Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Comfort working in an environment serving deaf and hard-of-hearing students
- Ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with students, staff, and families
- Flexibility, adaptability, and strong organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, direct physical therapy services on campus to three students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student mobility, gross motor skills, and classroom participation
- Collaborate closely with educators and support staff to optimize each student’s outcomes
- Document progress and communicate effectively with IEP teams and family members
- Adapt therapeutic activities to meet each student's unique needs
