Work Environment\n
This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing you to work from the comforts of your home while being part of a collaborative online environment. Despite the distance, our team maintains a culture of open communication and ongoing support. You will have access to virtual team meetings and collaborative consultations to ensure quality care and professional development. Our outpatient office supports a structured work schedule, with hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders in clients.
- Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and preferences.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide treatment.
- Educate and support clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.
- Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients.
- Stay updated on the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic approaches.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Advocate for clients’ needs and promote awareness and understanding of mental health issues.
