Your Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and daily living activities

• Assist with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when necessary

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to keep clients' homes clean and comfortable

• Follow individualized care plans and established routines

• Communicate changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Caring, patient, and dependable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable providing care in clients' homes

• Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts

• Complete vaccination records preferred
