Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week
\n
Length: 13 weeks
\n
Weekend Requirements: Occasional weekend for Inpatient coverage/Holiday coverage required if needed
\n
Requirements:

- NH is part of the PT compact privilege states
- Minimum 2 years current Physical Therapy experience
- Outpatient experience
- AHA BLS
- Inpatient experience highly preferred

Other Details:

- EMR: McKesson
- Patient ratios: can vary but typically 12-15 patients per shift.
- Patient population: Adolescent-Geriatric
- No New Grads
- Provides patient/resident therapy evaluations and/or treatments according to established policies and procedures for pediatric to geriatric patients
- Outpatient setting with ortho, neuro, and general medical patient caseload
- This position will cover shifts in outpatient Physical Therapy.
- No Locals - Perm address must be 50+ miles from facility.
